Founded in 1992 with a focus on engineering and project design for electrical networks, AK-AY has expanded its activities into EPC contracting, field execution and electromechanical manufacturing.
Today, we deliver HV/MV substation and power infrastructure projects for utilities, EPC partners and industrial clients across international markets. Engineering, manufacturing and site activities are coordinated within the same organization, allowing us to manage projects from design and procurement through production, construction, testing and commissioning.

From engineering to integrated EPC
In response to increasing customer demands and project complexity, we expanded our scope step by step. AK-AY was established as an engineering and project management company for HV/MV electrical networks and substations. As project requirements became broader, our scope expanded to include field execution, commissioning and in-house manufacturing.
